📦 Order Cancellation Policy

At Cloth Wolf, we aim to process and ship your orders swiftly to ensure timely delivery.

You may request a cancellation within 3 days of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

Please note:
Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our facility, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted. This is due to the logistical commitment with our shipping partners.

💰 Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and completing quality checks.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • No additional fees are deducted for refunds.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders may be processed via UPI, bank transfer, or store credit.

📆 Exchange Window

You can request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, please ensure:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All tags and labels are intact

  • Original packaging and invoice are included

  • The exchange is for the same product in a different size

🔁 What’s Allowed
  • One-time size exchange (subject to availability)

  • If the size is unavailable, you may choose:

    • Another product of equal value

    • A store credit voucher

What’s Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased on final sale, discounted, or clearance offers

🚚 Easy Pickup by Our Courier Partner

We’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your address through our trusted courier service.

Here’s how it works:

  • Email your exchange request to support@clothwolf.com
    Include your order number and reason for exchange.

  • Our team will confirm and schedule pickup within 2–4 business days.

  • Pack the product securely with the invoice inside.

  • Hand over the item to the courier agent when they arrive.

💸 Exchange Shipping Costs
  • First exchange is FREE (one-time per order).

  • Any subsequent exchanges may incur a nominal shipping charge.

⏱️ Exchange Timeline

Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 5–7 working days.

🎁 Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

You will receive a gift credit equal to the return value.

Once your return is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you via email or courier.

If the gift was ordered and shipped to the gift giver:

The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
